I’m happy to announce my new partnership with @epidemicsound and their mentoring program. Over the next few months I’ll be working with @parallaxdeep @daaydreemin @theyardwoman - three of the artists who use the Epidemic to help monetize their music by allowing digital creatives throughout the world to use their works in their online productions. I’ll be working closely with each of these artists to learn more about their techniques and offer my own thoughts, criticism and experiences to help them along on their journey.
I love working with other artists and the process of helping ideas find their path and final destination, similar to what I’ve done in the past with my labels +8 and MINUS. I hope to learn new insights into each of the artists unique workflow and create a new feedback loop of friendship, mentorship and inspiration.
If you don’t know, Epidemic Sounds is a royalty-free music library which provides soundtrack music and sound effects for all kinds of uses. I believe that this gives musicians another source of revenue that can exist next to their own creative output and aligns with todays massive use of music in all online media.
